1. About Entrypoint

Entrypoint (entrypoint.club) is operated by Roment. We provide a platform for sports clubs to run fundraising competitions. By using Entrypoint you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to enter a paid competition on Entrypoint. By entering a competition you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Entry fees and payments

• Entry fees are clearly displayed before you pay
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe
• Entry fees are non-refundable once a competition has started
• In the event a competition is cancelled, entry fees will be refunded

4. Competitions

• Competition rules are set by the organising club
• Picks must be submitted before the stated lock time
• Late picks will not be accepted under any circumstances
• Results are based on official sources and are final
• In the event of a tie, tiebreaker rules apply as stated on the competition page

5. Prize payouts

The prize pot consists of total entry fees collected, less Entrypoint's platform fee and Stripe's payment processing fee. The winning amount is clearly displayed on the competition page. Prizes are paid out by the organising club.

6. For club organisers

• Clubs are responsible for ensuring their competitions comply with local laws
• Clubs must connect a valid bank account via Stripe to receive payouts
• Entrypoint reserves the right to suspend any club account that violates these terms
• Clubs may not misrepresent the nature of their competition to players

7. Prohibited use

You may not use Entrypoint to operate competitions that are illegal in your jurisdiction. You may not create fake accounts or manipulate competition results.

8. Limitation of liability

Entrypoint provides the platform as-is. We are not responsible for disputes between clubs and their members regarding competition outcomes. Our liability is limited to the platform fee received for any given transaction.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
