Entrypoint (entrypoint.club) is a sports club fundraising platform operated by Roment. We help sports clubs run prediction competitions and collect entry fees from their members.

When you use Entrypoint we collect:

• Your name and email address (provided at sign up)
• Your competition picks and entries
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details)
• Display name or nickname if you choose to set one

3. How we use your data

• To manage your competition entries and picks
• To process payments via Stripe
• To send you competition updates and results by email
• To display your name on leaderboards (using your display name if set)

4. Who we share your data with

We share limited data with the following third parties to operate the platform:

• Clerk — authentication and user management
• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Neon — database hosting
• Vercel — website hosting

We do not sell your data to any third parties.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing us.
